Inferiority complex

My new subject inferiority complex is about ourselves and it will help us to understand how we can behave in awkward situations.

It will be a short story .
There were 4 peoples  A, B, C, D
A was best and better than others in the group .
B & C were average in the group .
And D was below the average .

Here in the story all four were friends , and inferiority comes after superiority and they all work in same organisation. A was helpful in nature so he was accredited with trophies and certificates,
B and C were always trying to understand how he is achieving this ?
And D was least bothered concern about certificate and trophies, so there manager call upon all for discussion and in this many points were considered from A , they all are together sitting and D said sir I have better option , manager ignored and you may forward to me I will take care of that , and B and C show no contribution they started teasing D for the idea , because he was below the average

Here inferiority complex created in D and after listening to A got a superiority complex and now D was working on performance , A was started acting as he is doing all things, and 3 others were not working properly . So A's Superiority was on high and he was not able to understand what is wrong in between and why all things goes against him .

And D was so curious so he started taking help of outsiders to enhance service delivery and after understanding basic aspects he performance increased and A was feeling isolated and hostile , and A were sitting together in a break and D was asking him about

Meaning-"the act of copying another person’s ideas, words or work and pretending they are your own; something that has been copied in this way".

Story contents:
Character : Alex and Samuel .

Alex is junior of Samuel and Alex is person who's is better than all in the office  in terms of knowledge and experience,
And Samuel knows that and how he take benifit of it, by stealing his ideas and representing in the office with this own name , and getting credit and gains .

And how all this started ,
Alex thinks to simplify all complex process, so after work he sits on his desk and thinks and write down on a paper and finding out possiblity and probabilities, after many calculations he was successful, and he implemented some of his own idea in his work to study .
It is like that he achieved world after doing that . So he shared his idea to the fellow colleagues Samuel , and What Samuel do
He asked all details for the same and after checking all data he has forwarded to management by mentioning his name on it .

And after few days Samuel got letter of recommendation from company and he got promoted in office, and party arranged by HR team and called all staffs and Alex was also their he came to know that he was being cheated by his colleague.
And Samuel being reward for the same .
He lost his patience and went out of party to fix out the problem.

And he don't know to whom to contact .
And how to claim back his owned idea .
So he started thinking big . And he was with Samuel with calmness without losing  patience .

He asked Samuel now you are promoted ?
,what you do for further increment ?

Samuel asked what do mean ?.
Alex knows what he meant , he said Samuel you need to approach the boss for more project .

Samuel in mind thinking last time i made him fool by taking his idea and now who will help me .?
And suddenly Alex said I will help you.

Samuel was astounded with this and he said ok if you are their then let's figure this out and he approached boss for the same and Samuel eventually got a project .

And Alex meet with management team and asked for paid leaves , on vary next day project starts Alex was in flight to Delhi for a vacation ,

And his Teammates call him given update that Samuel got terminated by management team because he failed in project and now he is working somewhere else .

This was a perfect revenge .

And he went back to office what he found boss was waiting for him and asking about previous project he said all things about Samuel how he cheated him.

And later he was promoted and accredited with company certifications .

Note :  all stories not have happy endings in last
